About Tam
Tam Galahena
“AI isn’t replacing people. It’s revealing which organisations were brave enough to rethink how work gets done — and which ones waited too long.”

Tam Galahena

Hello, I’m Thamasha (“Tam”) Galahena — an AI educator, innovator, and builder who turns potential into practical advantage. I help growth-minded organisations lift people, streamline processes, and use AI to launch new offerings and serve new markets. The goal is simple: turn curiosity into measurable results. Based in Melbourne and working across Australia, I partner with SMEs, associations, councils, and not-for-profits that want capability and innovation.

Previously, I co-founded TriumphEd, an ed-tech startup addressing a AU$15B higher-ed challenge, securing $300K in pre-seed funding and building AI-powered software before launching Enable AI. I believe AI is reshaping how business is done and that success means embracing it, specially where organisations lack in-house bandwidth. My sessions are demo-rich, and impossible to ignore. I make AI accessible to non-technical teams, showing how to apply it far beyond email and summaries — from strategy and design to innovation and decision-making.

On stage I work live with AI so audiences can see ideas take shape in real time. The result is a clear path from show to do to measure, with teams leaving ready to use what they have learned that same day.

Vision
“AI is probably the most important thing humanity has ever worked on.”

Sundar Pichai, CEO of Google

The most successful organisations today are the ones with the courage to challenge conventions, who build on different assumptions, who challenge the status quo but do so based on what’s next — not what’s last.

If you were to rethink your company, your department, your team today, it would look entirely different. If you placed AI at the centre and not at the edge, if you considered it oxygen to breathe life into possibilities — not oil to smooth over problems — then your future path would feel different and far more exciting.

The pace of change is accelerating: consumer behaviours shift faster than ever, new threats and opportunities appear from nowhere, and the world seems both more volatile and unpredictable than ever. This moment is the best time to rethink what we do, how we do it, to digitally and culturally transform. That’s what Enable AI is here to do.

Consulting
“AI will be the best or worst thing ever for humanity. We need to get it right.”

Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI

The shockwaves of the AI revolution have made us all realise that uncertainty is one of the greatest challenges — and greatest opportunities — of the modern era. In the face of the unknown, most default to conservatism and steadiness. Yet this moment affords a rare chance to be optimistic, to reimagine, and to explore how you can change to lead going into the future.

Speaking
“The barrier to disruptive innovation often isn’t knowing enough — it’s knowing way too much about how things have always been.”

Tom Goodwin

Tam has delivered keynote speeches and workshops across Australia, working with conferences, councils, associations, and enterprises — always with engaging, energetic, and provocative sessions across a range of sectors.

Unlike many speakers, he creates entirely customised presentations in collaboration with event organisers. Speaking Topics

Every talk is custom-built. No recycled decks, no generic frameworks. These are the themes that resonate most with leadership teams and industry audiences.

Most requested

From curiosity to capability

The practical playbook for lifting AI fluency across your organisation. How to go from interested individuals to an AI-capable team in weeks, not years.

Strategy

AI strategy without the jargon

How to build an AI roadmap your team will actually follow. No hype, no hallucination — just clear frameworks for finding where AI creates real value in your organisation.

Transformation

Rethink, don't retrofit

Most organisations are bolting AI onto broken processes and calling it transformation. This talk challenges leaders to stop automating the old and start designing for what's next — placing AI at the centre of how you work, serve, and grow.

01
We invited Tam as a keynote speaker for our recent conference, The Piling & Ground Improvement Conference held at ICC in Sydney. He was recommended to me by a member who had attended one of Tam's presentations. Our industry and myself had a low level of understanding of how AI works and particularly how it could improve everyday processes we carry out daily. Tam demystified it for most of the audience. He probably had more questions than any other presenter.

When it came to helping conference delegates understand both the current limitations and future potential of AI, Tam's presentation hit the mark. He explored not only the use of generative AI tools but also their broader utility in assessing and improving business processes, together with the real and practical role of AI in data analytics within contemporary business operations.

Chief Executive

Tam brought rare clarity to a complex subject for a large-scale events audience. He connected practical AI use cases with the realities of operating across APAC, the Middle East, and Africa, giving delegates a grounded view of what is possible now and what to prepare for next.

I recently attended Tam's presentation at Fire Australia and found it highly engaging and insightful. The session clearly demonstrated how AI can improve business efficiency and streamline operations. Through practical examples and live demonstrations, Tam made it easy to understand how AI could be applied in the workplace to achieve faster, high-quality outcomes.
