1. This Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles
This privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to all Personal Information collected by Enble (ABN 26 740 833 518) (“Enble”) via the website enble.com.au and any related platforms (“Website”). It explains how we collect, use, disclose and secure your info when you visit or engage us for AI consulting.
We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By accessing the Website you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Use.
2. What is Personal Information?
“Personal Information” means information or an opinion about an identified individual—or one who is reasonably identifiable—whether the information is true and whether recorded in a material form.
3. What Personal Information We Collect, How We Collect It and Why
- Device information. We log IP, time zone, pages viewed and similar data to keep the site running and improve UX. This usually can’t identify you personally.
- Service details. When you request a proposal or book an AI workshop we collect details (name, role, org, email) to:
- process enquiries and manage projects
- deliver customer support
- send operational emails
- improve and market our offerings
- We may also source public or third-party data to refine outreach.
- We do not collect Sensitive Information without consent.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
We share data only with trusted providers (cloud hosting, analytics). We may also disclose information:
- to maintenance/support personnel
- with your consent
- when required or authorised by law
5. Marketing
We may email you about events or services you’d reasonably expect. Every message has an unsubscribe link, or email hello@enble.com.au to opt out.
6. Security and Retention
Data lives in secure cloud infra with encryption and access controls. No setup is bullet-proof, but we take reasonable steps to protect your info, then destroy or de-identify it when no longer needed.
7. Overseas Transfers
Some suppliers are overseas. Your data may sit on servers outside Australia; we only use providers that meet strict security and privacy standards.
8. Residents of the EEA (GDPR)
If you’re in the EEA you have rights under GDPR (access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). Email hello@enble.com.au to exercise them.
9. Access to and Correction of Personal Information
Contact us to view or update the data we hold. We’ll respond promptly, may ask for ID, and might charge a small admin fee for copies.
10. Updates to this Policy
We tweak this Policy occasionally. The freshest version—marked with its revision date—always lives on this page.
11. Contact & Complaints
Questions or concerns? Email hello@enble.com.au. We’ll investigate; if you’re still unhappy you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
